Thank you! Happy holidays to you and yours

@digitalsquirrel

Not sure if you're still interested, but I have an actual pdf download working now. Finishing up testing, will make it live in a day or two.

EDIT: Found a pdf, not perfect but it works.

EDIT: As for the randomization, everything is now on the Github readme.

The path generator is 100% random and nothing else has weighted results to my knowledge. EDIT: I found a minor error, testing to see if it changes anything.

Thank you again for your feedback and interest!

I've been working on this feature occasionally, in my spare time. It involves quite a few methods I'm unfamiliar with and has proven to be quite the learning curve. Thank you for your input. I'll renew my quest to figure this out. Is there any community pdf sheet you think would be an awesome fit? The official one is a little too difficult to work with because of its internal naming conventions and, honestly, I really don't like its design any way.

Welcome, friend.

BattleCoreRules (BCR) is designed to simulate large-scale combat in a no frills kind of a way. Tactical decisions and number crunching are largely replaced by abstract terms and mechanics in BCR. GMs of any ttrpg can use this ruleset to handle faction conflicts in or out of session. BCR can also be used for solo play, GM vs PC battlefields, or as a standalone game.

Sci-fi marines duking it out with a swarm of bugs. A massive battlefield filled with armies of orks, dwarves, elves, and humans. Dueling samurai, mages … or gunslingers! These are all scenarios BCR can handle.

Thank you kindly :)

There’s a temporary bug that’s not calculating karma right.

EDIT: fixed!

I cannot find where this generator saves images on the downloaded version. I've searched all through my PC folders with no luck.

I'm so sorry. It was Dave Thaumavore. Knew I watched a good review, just misremembered.

I believe I saw one of your games on Questing Beast? Awesome SRD!

Unlike the recommendation of the host, I've not included any discussion in this SRD. If you'd like to read about my design philosophy, feel free to take a look at the Development Log or ask me anything in the discussions. This system is inspired by the FKR movement so I've tried to keep my own ideas and purposes out of the system as much as possible.

Loved reading through the playtest. Now just have to find a group to try it out with.
