Also encountered this, nothing I've tried seems to fix it (different framerate caps, different resolutions, nothing seemed to work).
Real shame since the game is way harder to enjoy since it's harder to click on anything in the office :(
Gotta be one of the best games I've ever seen, because transphobes will have no idea how to play it ;)
