The game is good, the lewd scenes are lewd, 

There is a bit too much melodrama and not enough sex with most of the character though.

I've cured the first 3 in the tent with Jenna-Jewel-Throb, and need to fight to remove the mark ... but there's a couple fucking in front of the Arena tent that I cannot work out how to move out of the way.

EDIT: I am an idiot , the arena is north of the guy who repairs your clothes.
