Thanks so much for the suggestion! I agree that the jumpscare sound was too loud - I'll take that into consideration. I added hints at some points when the player needs to go to sleep, but in other cases I decided not to, as I felt it was clear enough for the player to figure it out on their own. As for the sprint - yes, it's intentionally slow since it's a horror game :)
