It depends on what choices you selected when you talked to D. I could help you get to the highest level with them but i don't exactly remember all of the correct choices
So the letter basically said that D loves us and wants us to be more than just the Crown to them. There are also blood stains on it because D was hurt in the last chapter. But I really really don't think they will die because it wouldn't make sense, so I think there's nothing to worry about
