Ah, I see. The training room had been repeating dialogue for a while, so I didn't realize that was the next step. I missed it on the walkthrough.

It doesn't seem to be possible to finish changing Eva. She gets renamed to Titz and the protagonist says he's going to have Laura show of her body writing, but that never works. I've maxed out Laura's body writing and Eva never acknowledges it.
