Ending remains the same. Phone call(voice says winner, instead of looser), revolver, headshot. This is the solution, by the way

I bought a camera, hung it up and pressed 'activate'. The computer sees it (it is displayed in the list), but still writes 'camera disabled'. How do I make the camera work?
