It's super useful! Thanks! One thing I struggle with is coming up with hostile npcs quickly but seeing this makes it easier to apply the ideas to npcs

Hi! I have a question about armor. So If I buy the Tower SHield and Breast Plate for my character, then my agility would be reduced by -4 but I would have 6 points of armor, making my character nearly unkillable. Is my interpretation similar to your intention or Am I missing something? I used the d20 version for some of my solo sessions but the same question kept coming up so I kinda changed it to AC. Other than this I really liked your compact rules!
