Thanks for playing Hekuta!

Ah really glad you enjoyed it mate, and this feedback is really helpful, gives me the drive to keep working on it!

I totally forgot to give any tutorial on the Raw Materials concept. The idea is every building you place is classed as one of three stages in the thought "production line"; Raw Materials, Refinery and Storage. Then the adjacency puzzles will get more complicated by using those as requirements. But then I didn't put any explanation besides the small icons in the tooltip window - definitely something for the next version.

Completely agree the actual first puzzle will need to be simpler and introduce each building one by one. That, some SFX, music, and background art are next on the cards (after fixing the damn inventory glitch).

On the blurriness, I noticed this as well, I made it in Gamemaker and just went in to check the settings; pixel interpolation was on so unchecking that helps there.

Again, thanks so much for taking the time to give feedback, going to try to turn this into something!

Had a lot of fun with this, the "push your luck" mechanic and being able to create the actual level yourself reminded me a bit of Loop Hero, definitely good potential to scale into a full game. As Kieran said it needs some balance tweaking but the core gameplay loop is a great hook

Thanks for trying it out and the feedback! I agree I think this kind of game needs a proper tutorial and a slower ramp up into the mechanics (different buildings one at a time etc.). The black screen is caused by the janky inventory system which I fudged in a few hours before the deadline, whoops

Sweet cheers for checking it out! Thanks for the feedback

The inventory system is indeed bugged when you swap out tiles, need to sort that out. Some sfx and music is definitely next on the cards

Nice thanks for checking it out! Yeah that's true, a similar adjacency puzzle mechanic

Nice! Like the idea of having a single shot to cause a chain reaction. I wasn't sure on why the player had to wait to reload their weapon, but still enjoyed it

I'm glad I persisted on this one, as the others said was tricky to work out what was happening, just a case of not having enough time to do a tutorial (I had the same issue). Once I got to grips with it I loved it, got to lvl 4. Really cool concept and never would have thought you could make an automation game about slide decks haha

Love it, poor dude got launched into every piece of furniture. Weird as it may sound my favourite part were the doors, satisfying hinge physics

love a good tower / wave defence, great concept! Enjoyed it a lot and good effort implementing 6 different varied units in the jam time.

I enjoyed the opening "scene", built a good amount of anticipation...to then plummet to the ground haha, but it rewards persistence which I liked.

Hi Sasuchi, thanks for checking out my game! Yes unfortunately there's a bug with the inventory system that I've only spotted after uploading, which means the game will sometimes crash when certain tiles / buildings are placed or swapped. I'll need to fix that, but you should be able to complete the level with a few tries. Is that what you meant by the first plate?
