All three endings (2 bad, 1 good) are available. The good ending also has a minor variant version. Not sure what hints might help that wouldn't be very spoilery. Which ending you get depends a lot on your conversation in bed with Lily and how you handle the final lewd scene, especially how you finish.

As more stories are added in later versions, your total points will let you unlock additional content such as more images/galleries in the Rewards section, variant scenes in the Replay sections, and possibly extra content in the stories themselves. Viewing your total score should be available in the next version.
