Very well put together book. Very good practical examples. Very good explanation of WHY you would make the changes. This ... I dare say ... would also be useful for a traditional west marches playstyle. So many people think a west marches is just a shared setting with one or more gms and rotating players. But the STYLE of the west marches was important too. The home base where you always returned. The "wilderness" (in this case the theater of war) where adventures happened. Keeping an adventure to only at most 3 sessions. This is great.
Wellp my first playthrough I got surprised by a Gleylurk in area 1. Tried to improvise solution and failed every roll, ended up being bitten through my spinal cord. I did not make it back to the elevator. I have a short in character log. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1M2KBXpKoz_cU6Ssu1TwQhSl8JGxS6YFjq8oHB7NqjEs/...
