Hello! As a bit of a side project, I've started developing the web app for TOL. Just like the game, this is also an alpha, and isn't pretty. That's why it's being hosted on Github for now, until its in a good enough spot, and I decided to spin up a server to host all this fun stuff. This will be continually updated as I find time, but it's not the highest on my priority list.

I want to thank people who are viewing and downloading Tree of Life! Considering the page is pretty empty, I wanted to fill it with some exciting news!

Tonight is our 2nd Alpha Playtest. I'll be playing with my Core TTRPG group of 6, in a side adventure module / dungeon crawl I came up with. After tonight's session, I'll clean up my GM notes and turn it into a fully fledged module to include in the Alpha playtest kit for you to run by yourself or with friends.

The group is all 3rd level adventurers, so we'll be exploring some of the more interesting abilities on the Tree, that are not immediately published in the alpha, those include things like Elemental Wave (T3 Arcane), Animate Weapon (T3 Arcane), Second Wind (T2 Martial), Bloodfeast (T3 Martial), and more! So stay tuned :)

I may also upload the audio of our playtest to the YouTube channel, depending on if everything goes right recording wise (and if we're not too insane).

Lastly, as a follow-up, I've been cleaning up the Alpha playtest and moved to a Beta branch that includes actual descriptions of races, cleaned up look in general, and much more text and information to play, so all very exciting news.
