Okay so- for my phone I went into my files app then went to downloads, if you already downloaded the games file it should be there then you have the option to install it. Hope this helps! (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*.✧

I have a android phone so I really don't know why it's not letting me fully download it.
