Sadly, I fell for one of the classic blunders. It was not edible. :(

Definitely a solid update, much more fun to play now.

A few issues I've seen are golden fish spawning too close to whirlpools or the bottom. As for heart eggs, there's been a few times where they spawned ahead of a whirlpool causing it to be missed.

Shark hitbox is still janky af and there are plenty of times that the shark warning has only worked on the left side. The eel really only seems to be useful in very niche circumstances, but an interesting idea.

Keep up the  good work!

Oh snap, didn't know about the F4, thanks! Sharks have a tendency to hit a sponge and then move diagonally to where you are, additionally there are way too many of them at random intervals preventing you from dodging; kills the fun quickly. Shark hitbox seems janky AF as well, hair and forehead seems to trigger a loss on their first run. Cajun fish should follow the same logic as the other specials.

Solid update, but the sponges seem like a major step backwards. Full screen and auto-centre for the mermaid would be great as well.
Other than those gripes, keep up the awesome work!
