How do you actually start CeCe's quest for her to get the potion cause I looked at the 7.1 walkthrough and it doesn't make sense to me. I have the three dots in the bedroom at night but whenever I click on it it says "Maybe another time" I've done the 20x elf quest and no matter how many times I've looked into the living room nothing happened. Now I've started the dragonqirl questline so have I soft locked myself out of CeCe's questline now??
