also, i don't know if this is intentional but i really like how the names of the songs are named like how they would be inside of the game files!

my favorite track is In Flow! i really like the production choices here and i also love the 2-step y drums throughout the song!!

i thought that the music itself did an *ok* job at telling the story, BUT, the story itself is SUPER interesting and i really like the concept of the Ankou and the decision to insert your local folklore in the story!!

i thought that you could've covered some certain parts of the frequency spectrum (like the lower frequencies) to make some songs sound a little more full. but for the rest of the instruments, they were mixed pretty nicely

Calm Before The Storm is literally Hip Shop 2. this song is so smooth and the catchy melodies are literally everything

y'know, i'm not really that into ambient music but this one clicked with me! one of the things i admire about this soundtrack is the texture of these tracks, you went so hard on the sound design it's insane

Nkumo Atoll is one of the best songs from this jam to ever grace my ears, i FUCKING LOVE how you made the tribal drums have the glitchy programming and combined it with the crazyyy sounding production, so creative!!

this is pretty solid! i like the minimalistic production in the first few songs, with a little switch up in the production of It's in Minor and in Major

It's in Major is definitely my favorite track here and has the most deltarune vibes coming off it (the intro sounds very inspired by field of hopes and dreams lol). the release cut piano is also sooo fire

firstly, thank you! no, i didn't use a specific vst for those synths, the synth sound is really just a filtered saw wave with some noise (i'm assuming it's the plucky ones you're talking about like at the start of Let's make this one count) that you can pretty much make with any synthesizer like 3xosc in fl studio or serum, though the one in A little town is actually an instrument from the earthbound soundfont! iirc it's called electric piano

actually peak!!! everything here is really really well done especially the melodies and instrumentation. i wish i could make music like this...

Haunted Island Boardwalk is phenomenal. the moving bass fits so well with the whole vibe of the song and the synths sound otherworldly

this is really cool! the instrumentation on some tracks hit really hard, like Domed Glasshouse which sounds like a night theme from zelda (lol), and that piano at the end... ; Vast Hall has an amazing chord progression that i freaking admire and sick instrumentation. Passageways is also an incredible track, and that vocal sample fits so well with the rest of the song
