Love the art style and the loop is really fun. I think the punch hitboxes could be a little bigger though, sometimes they feel a bit hard to land. Overall really nice game!
Yeah, the jam theme was going to be implemented through the story and further gameplay. The "Ring" would be given to the player, forcing him to keep "spinning" between weapons, as that would be the only way to regain health.
