Like you said, it's unfortunately too much work to make the genital switch potion a permanent effect, though we will definitely have more fun single scenes for using the potion in the future!

There is a few artworks of them in the game now, they're tied to specific scenes though, one that is shown for a specific Caspar/Wymerus scene and the other when you flirt with Wymerus when he alone after chapter 5

Maybe one day, it would involve having to redo all the art so it's unlikely right now

There's not really any reason for changing character's sexual orientations because right now the game already assumes pretty much everyone is into the main character. 

There's already quite some gay content (primarily through Orson, Caspar and Wymerus) but there will definitely be more gay and queer content in the future!

Sounds like you didn't open the game from the unzipped folder, be sure to first unzip and then open the index.html from that new folder

Hey it sounds like you are not running the html file from the unzipped folder but in the zip archive instead. You need to unzip the entire folder and then drag the html file from that new folder into your browser. Hope that helps!

It should definitely be possible to keep the player masculine throughout the entire game, the feminization is optional even though it's a big theme of the game.

The portrait is there yes but currently not yet implemented, well spotted though!

It shouldn't be a problem, no. There's an official android version that I release on Patreon. The only thing you're missing out is little hover effects for the map and such but you can definitely play the game without that.
