I enjoyed playing this game, the match ups were interesting and unique. The music also created a suspenseful atmosphere which made the choices feel more impactful and significant. Nice submission!

The levels after the first one have obstacles and projectiles which require you to strafe left and right, every level introduces a new mechanic. To answer your question, the spikes at the top of the ladder are timed, so if you are fast enough you can get there and quickly jump past them before the lava kills you. Thanks for playing!

I really appreciate the fact that you love the idea and artwork!😊 There is a tutorial that covers all of that and the description has all the keybinds but I totally understand what you mean, I will definitely add the keybinds in the menu screen for more accessibility!😀 I agree that a checkpoint system would definitely improve the player experience and I could bring the time for the transformation down to atleast a second!😊

I really enjoyed the art and visuals for this game! Implementing feature where you can transform to switch between characters was also very creative and enjoyable. The game's attack and animations felt pretty smooth and in sync with the inputs. I would've liked if there was a tutorial but it's not that significant, so overall this is a great game!
