SPOILERS AHEAD, BARTENDER "SOFTLOCK" FIX!!!
A lot of people, including myself have been stuck after talking to the bartender about looking for a job in the west part of the city. Well, I figured out what we've been missing. It's just one dialogue. So, here's where to find the person:
Church, click on the mass, seems like one entity right? WRONG. On the right, there's a person sitting on her own, closest to the player. Talk to her, and if you've already obtained the chess piece and talked to the bartender, you should be good to go!
Go to sleep, and on the next day, you'll be able to access the 3rd area!
