Is the commando perk bugged, or just attached to the exhibitionist perk? I’ve gone through several scenarios where my character decided underwear wasn’t so bad and “lost” the perk, only for it to still be there. It only disappears if I use the cheat menu to get rid of exhibitionist first

Are there any aquatic features to choose from in the Heritage? I really like the idea of a fish tail or face fins!!!
