Hello, thank you! Currently it is mostly a prototype to get some feedback for, but if I continue to develop it further it will absolutely have some kind of a matchmaking service.

Thank you! Good suggestion. The contestants use A* pathfinding to determine their movement, when a contestant dies from a non-consumable trap then it increases the cost of where they died, causing other contestants to avoid that area more.

That's great, thanks for playing! The best promotion is for beating the game in 15 days or less. This is quite a tricky puzzle to figure out and even took me quite a while as the developer to be able to do it.

I love the mechanic of upgrading your golf club in an RPG kind of way. Quite a difficult but enjoyable game! Although the final score text appears to be broken, at least on a web build.

Very funny and silly, great entry to the jam!

I always love a good simulator! Fun to play around with a for a few minutes.

A very interesting mechanic to have to balance your temperature by staying in the shade or the sun! Quite cute!

Very creative take on the game jam theme! Pretty fun game, after beating the final level it went on to only give me patients that needed no tending.

Pretty cool game! Feels fun and frantic. I survived until 500 seconds, then I decided to run as far as I could, I ran so far eventually the trees stopped and I got past the tilemap to the default grey void haha.

(1 edit)

I really love the visual design and graphics of this (other than the chatGPT thumbnail)! I have hosted a hacking CTF (alongside an AI battle game) a few years back and have a decent amount of cybersecurity know-how, and I think the terminal breach minigame is very well done.

Ironically, I decided to 'hack' this game and wrote some javascript that can inject the WebSockets of the page and send attack packets at the press of a button. Meaning I can insta-win any game, since there is no cooldown checking and all attack packets are trusted.

In my opinion some minigames are clearly better than others, and I think the balance would be improved by not resetting the minigames when swapping to another. This would allow you to multi-task minigames (like crypto miner which has a lot of waiting) and would raise the skill ceiling.

Overall, very cool entry! Even though I never actually was able to match-make with another player, it kept me entertained for a while.

Very cute! A bit overwhelming to understand everything at first, but quite fun and satisfying to play.

Unique and quite fun arena battler, short but sweet. A great entry to the jam!

I was pretty confused about the controls, but was able to win by running through the maze. Making animated 3D art in such a short period of time is a huge accomplishment! The Grim Reaper animation upon running out of time looks great!

Quite fun, there seem to be quite a few bugs in the final build, but such is the nature of game jams haha. The trailer is very well made and demonstrates the game working in ways that appear to be broken in the build. So it seems that some things got broken along the way. Overall quite a fun adventure thrilling adventure game!

Impressive to make a fully functional multiplayer game in such a short period of time, especially when working around the complexities and challenges of working in such a locked down network environment such as the university. Game is also quite fun to play! Great job!

A challenging maze movement, movement can be quite sticky, but that's just part of the challenge. Overall quite a nice job and a short fun experience!

Interesting mechanics that make for challenging puzzles, either in single-player or coop. I encountered a few bugs like the double jump powerup not respawning and rendering the puzzle impossible, as well as the game not restarting once the time runs out, but overall a great entry!

This was quite fun to play during the game jam! The dichotomy between running around collecting files to gain score and then hiding when you're about to extract is quite fun and thrilling. This is very well made and great job!

Really impressive cute stylized artwork! Controls can be a little bit janky, but given that it's made with RPG maker it's very understandable as it's not intended to be used in that perspective. A great entry for the jam! The patches made after the jam are also appreciated.
