Yes they will eventually repeat. There are over 200 different models so it might take some time to see a repeat, but they will.

There is currently not a third tier to be bought. Once your standing is high enough they become your vassal, adding a portion of their power value to yours. That is how all factions operate, although most cannot be made your vassal at the time. I'm sure that will be added in future updates. As for purchasing slaves from other factions, I don't believe there are any outside of Kymanto and the two slave markets.

Higher corruption and lower willpower both work. You could also assign them to a room with someone with high lesbian devotion and turn relations on in the room settings page.

Something akin to the educator job would be cool. You assign them as "store manager" and it takes you to a second page where you choose the specific store for them to manage.
