yup, seems to be a bug. I added a patched version you can download on the game's page
I think level 3 is bugged :(
if you go through the orange portal and get stuck in a wall keep hitting the direction you want to go until you get unstuck
edit: I figured out the bug, and it was bc I was assuming a 144hz refresh rate in dev and forgot to switch it back to 60
