Yeah, since we needed the player to be able to enter from any position, we had a hard time making every transition work as intended, now that the jam is over we will update the game with fixes for that + a bunch more

I like this one a lot! There is unpatched tech where you can grab onto a tree and turn into a frog for big jumps please never patch it lmao i love it

im not a fan either, so we tried to keep the punishing aspect as long as we could (our success is a bit subjective). Thank you for playing anyway!

It is! You can tell that there are only like 4 brick textures and 1 gear texture. All of the level design was really easy to make, for the world-warping we actually use Godot's animationPlayer, with a custom time position based on the lucidity! (And a lot of hard work)

oh man that sucks, sorry about that. The audio had to be set to a non-standard system ("stream" instead of the default "sample")  because of all the audio effects and processing. I'm glad you still enjoyed the game though!

what browser are you using? from all my testing on firefox I never had any audio bugs..

I wish the health would reset when restarting the levels, it's a bit strange that spikes don't make you lose health permanently while enemies do. Regardless, it was pretty fun!

Thanks! The flowers may feel strange becaise we thought snapping the player to it when using it would make the gameplay more consistent, as the flowers would always give you the same travel, but it does feel a bit weird.

Love the art style! the green ball is super squishy I love them

I was mostly focusing on the metamorphosis aspect, I don't think forcing the player to go quickly and not pay attention to their surroundings is ideal, we spent alot of time on making the levels lol I want the player to look at them

the character's control super well! I find it hilarious how they're all like 12 pixels max. also sound jumpscare at the end lol. super fun!

the art style is so cool I'm a sucker for rain-world/celeste looking stuff. definetly the grooviest cube I've seen so far

brittle hollow and the white hole station???? goty. no but for real, the character is so buggy (not like glitchy, I mean I really do feel like a bug floating around in space) they're awesome. It's not very intuitive to control but I find it very cool
