great work ! reminds me a lot of xenoblade chronicles and overall it transports me in a jrpg environment.
loved the 2nd track a lot due to all the movement in the various instruments
overall there were times where I felt the mixing could do some work and I would like perhaps a bit more percussion to really bring out the life in the tunes
I wish this game was real so I can listen to the soundtrack over and over while playing it ngl.
Maybe one thing I would like to see would be more progression in the tracks. They are currently just one main theme which develops over the course over a minute or so and then stops.
Starting with the first track, Town Square, I'm already captivated by the world and the title of the track is super fitting. I love the drums and the mixing is just perfect.
Into the Well is just beautiful with its mysterious vibes.
And then Unfriendly Human is an absolute banger giving me vibes of The Messenger OST
Absolutely loved it. I think the mixing could do some work in my opinion as I found the drums to be a bit too loud in both tracks and too punchy but composition wise I really loved it and it fits your description really well
