Finally did it! I hit 4k with no cheats. I don't know how people cheat - messing with memory packets or something. Anyways I got the two biggest faces to collide!
Graffiti girl had the best personality in the game imo,
Also, there was a bug a one point where two Camos were standing next to each other if you did a certain two quests at the same time. I don't remember which ones.
