Hey There! My name is Etay Avayo Eliad, I'm one of the people that stand behind the game.
Since FRIGHT doesn't have a tutorial (as of right now) if figured I'll show you kinda the basics.
You can press F11 to make the game full screen.
When you see your aim rotating, it means that there is an item near you; you can pick the item by pressing RMB.
You can press TAB to open the inventory; pressing on a slot inside it will open the item info of the item that is in the slot you pressed on.
The two bars located in the bottom of the screen represent your current battery and stamina, when your battery reach zero, your oxygen will start going down, the same will happen to the health bar if the hunger or the thirst reach zero.
