Secondary question because i may be a bit dumb lmao, how do i adjust the items? When i go in i cant make heads of tails of the Main.sav file as its just text, and removing things from stt_upgrades file doesn't seem to do anything, they dont come back after a save but the game still says i have my upgrades. Would i need to complete the current floor I'm on or game over to register the changes or am i doing something wrong? Sorry if the questions are a tad annoying or obvious

I've gotten a majority of the enemies Fed conditions done, now I'm curious, is there any easy way to remove the heart? The Ominous Statue only seems to ever remove curse having items, and i cant find anything that holds an editable save file in the games folder itself, unless i have to parse through the data.win folder and try to shift through that
