It's possible.. Maybe try to empty your browser history and cookies before playing? You never know. Maybe try to play on Chrome?
Alright. The only other person I know who had problem with save in browser was on MAC. Would that be the case for you?
Just little follow up questions to be sure: Did you click on a save file to save? Was it in Browser play or did you download the Window file?
