I clicked without thinking. Is it still dangerous even if I change my password?

Greetings, my opinion on this game is that it has a lot of potential in terms of gameplay and pleasure. 

I'm at a dead end. Indeed, when I manage to obtain the key to enter the professor's house in order to retrieve Ditto, I get the message that he does not want to get out of his Pokéball and the only thing Oak tells us is linked to his shyness. 

How do we take it?
