Oh. Oh my god. What. What?? Guess who just randomly figured out how to make it work? At least it LOOKS like it's working with no consequences now?

So I did some more testing today. More moving around plugin load order to see what worked. And I found out that while Status Construct (this plugin) WAS causing the Passive States to break, what seems to have caused the Status Construct to break was an entirely different plugin! So I went through trial and error, reorganzing ALL of my other plugins to find the culprit, and it was CGMZ Unlimited Event Conditions of all things??

So what I did was as simple as placing VisuMZ Skills & States Core on top, Synrec Status Construct under that, and CGMZ Unlimited Event Conditions on the bottom, and now Passive States and Configured States both work at the same time.

Thank you so much for all your help. I am still stumped, but at least it looks like it is working right now.

This is the screenshot of my console after the input. I had given my party leader what should have been six stacks of Shrapnel (145). Instead, of course, I only got one.

The states in or out of the Status Construct Plugin Parameters have all their normal, base-RPG Maker functions, appearing and behaving properly regardless of plugin order. It's only the effects that this plugin provides that I've noted as missing when VisuStella is prioritized.

Everything else is left as-is. So in short, yes, if the state is not set up in the Status Construct Plugin Parameters, it will work normally regardless of plugin load order.

Also, something I should mention: the VisuStella passive states and the states I wish to configure via your plugin are NOT the same states. Just in case I hadn't made that clear.

All of the states from *this* plugin that I want working (stacking, adding when resisted, etc.) are set up in the Status Construct Plugin Parameters, yes. Again, when I have your plugin prioritized, it works perfectly. But when VisuStella is prioritized, this plugin does nothing.

None from the console, no. It seems like the plugin simply won't do anything when I have VisuStella listed above it. As if I had turned it off entirely. States won't stack. Nor will they be added when another configured state is removed/resisted.

When I had it *above* VisuStella, it worked perfectly, but VisuStella's passive states wouldn't show up in turn.

I can send a screenshot of my plugin manager if needed. I imagine both plugins override the way that status effects are handled, and as such, one takes over the other?

Can't say for sure. But thank you for replying so quickly, I've been stumped.

Hi! I'm running into a little compatibility problem? When paired with VisuStella's Skills & States Core, this plugin prevents it working properly, specifically causing Passive States to no longer function. I swapped their hierarchy in the plugin manager, but that only caused *this* plugin to stop working entirely. Is it possible to fix this? Thanks.
