The spirit we want to foster during the Jam is that all aspects of the game are created from scratch, or almost, during the Jam's duration. Furthermore, your current projects are unlikely to align with the theme that will be announced.
However, if your game has a clear connection to Christianity, faith, or the Bible, it's perfectly fine for you to promote it reasonably on the Discord server in a dedicated channel.
