I wanted to offer some suggestions as well as ask questions based on my personal taste.
1. I think it would be great if there were more interactions with Anna, but not just with her, with all the girls. I mean, random mini-events like the ones with Anna, but with the others. Like, you visit a certain girl and there's a chance she'll be looking under some furniture and there'll be a scene of her in a sexy position or that some friction occurs between a girl and the protagonist and more.
2. As your relationship with Anna and the other girls progresses, you'll be able to ask them to wear certain outfits. This isn't just limited to Anna, whose clothes you can change for Starmaker photos or specific events. If you ask her to wear a certain outfit, she'll have to wear it for the rest of the game until you change it.
3/4. That you can take Anna and the other girls to different places and have them interact with those locations, with sexy mini-events or sexual scenes, for example: Taking Anna to the pool and having an article of clothing come off or having an extra grope her. And finally, that the secondary characters interact with Anna; for example, if you're out with Anna, someone might walk by and grope her because she's recognized, or you might have NTR mini-events.
