The 3rd achievement is about the Kris' story, where you have to unlock the story, with your choices that have to be leaning on true Kris' side. If you're unsure if you may picked the correct choices, you may check the another reply https://itch.io/post/15479676. 

I'm genuinely surprised that you got the second achievement, so you're lucky to meet him, congrats!

Thank you for your sweet words! Not sure if you got the ending that will "permanently" lock you. 

But to start fresh again, you should delete everything from "appdata/Renpy/TraumaBonded", and then delete everything related to the game (Including the Survey-Program). 

Reinstall again the game, I believe you should be able to get the fresh reset!

I'm sorry to hear you had bad experience with the game. If it's OK, what are your PC specs, and what's your screen resolution?

Recently I just published the updated version that includes the toggle that will allow you to disable the noise/grain effect (You can find in the preferences -> Disable Static). 

But I'm not sure if it's good enough for your PC. If not, let me know! Hope you have a good day/night

I hope you're doing well! To get Kris' story, you have to be sure to pick the choices in favor of Kris’ identity in the main story.

I'll (sorta) spoiler here just in case you want to explore by yourself. 

The choices are "Neither you", "Where's Kris", "No. I'm sorry", "The words were for Kris", "Kris is gone"
