Thank you so much for putting this out there. I didn't travel the same path that brought you to that place of shame, but I've experienced it all the same. Hearing someone else having gone through it exactly the same way I did, and coming to realize what I needed to in order to survive was very touching. Again, thank you so much for sharing this.
