"Lie", "Golden Ring" and "Myself" i believe? been a while.
Also the exact typing is a factor too,

So im a bit confused.

The mage Has a Blue Gem on her staff, but also a floating spellbook with a Red gem.

My instincts tell me to give her both the Lips Potion (blue gems) and the Ditzy Potion (red and orange gems). However the game considers this wrong for some reason and say I wasted the Ditzy potion.

What does the game prioritize as the primary gem? is it right to left, the staff always goes first? just a bit confusing

As far as I know, Have Rosetta reasonably Horny.
Wait till mid Afternoon when she takes a bath.
Enter the bathroom and offer to join.
Grope her until the "Go for it" box appears.

And boom, scene unlocked.
I recommend saving before since some folks get a Loading screen glitch after the  "Go for it" option is picked at times. 

Question. When I try to compete against Revanna in the tower of shadows, do the stat increases in attack, mana and HP remain permanent? And if so, Do they stay even if I lose? 

Or is Height the only stat that retains its increases?
