Old Documentation: “kblur.rotate” - rotational blur u_kblur_rotate_orig (0.5, 0.5) - the origin point of the rotation effect u_kblur_rotate_zoom 45.0 - the end angle (in degrees clockwise) ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ - this should be u_kblur_rotate_angle
Your kblur.focus shader also caused some ring artifacts appear when moderate amounts of blur were applied. When the blur/sharpness values were reduced enough to get the artifacts to stop appearing, the blur effect was not strong enough to be noticeable.

I used an LLM to fix(?) rewrite the shader. At least I haven’t notice a significant degradation in performance but I haven’t test it thoroughly and I’m not smart enough to actually parse the code myself. LMK if you want me to post the new code.
