Pretty good first game, there really needs to be more werewolf horror games!
However, the dirt path is fairly hard to see, which might be intentional, but a few subtle waymarkers (signposts?) or making the map in the hut a collectible item could help. Increasing sprint time would also be nice!
Also, a suggestion: instead of constantly "keeping distance" it might be more exciting if the werewolf spawned at some locations (for Example, after leaving the hut or picking up an item) chasing the player and forcing them to sprint into the woods to break line of sight for a few seconds, reverting the enemy back to a stalking mode.

Hey, this is a really cool game, I especially like the art style! Also, I know the game is kinda old now, but I found a weird bug: After some time, the angler fishes "drift" to the left and block the way forward (see picture).
