They did, but it can no longer be purchased via the Play Store. There are some unofficial websites containing copies of the game, though.
This is only present in the remastered version of the game (the one currently playable on the web & purchasable via itch.io); the mobile & original versions do not have this bug as far as I can tell.
Download Flashpoint; it has tons of old browser games.
That is correct. I think you can also play the original RallyPoint via Flashpoint.
Are these standalone versions different than the remastered web versions that were created after the shutdown of Shockwave?
