This game does a superb job emulating the style of 90's classics like Silent Hill & Resident Evil while simultaneously feeling original. From the graphics to the Voice Acting, this game feels incredibly authentic & if you had shown me this without prior knowledge then I might've been fooled into thinking this was a genuine PS1 game that I'd somehow never heard of ๐Ÿ˜…

Overall this is a fantastic demo & I sincerly urge anyone reading this to give it a go for themselves. I really hope this game gets further updates cuz I would love to see a full game based around this concept ๐Ÿ˜

For a game made in 3 days, this was pretty impressive. The artstyle & music were really nice & the atmosphere was pretty creepy tbh. I was definitely expecting something to pop up while looking through those telescopes ๐Ÿ˜…

I'd be happy to see this concept evolve into a fully fledged game if you ever have the time. Keep up the good work & I look forward to playing more of your games in the future.

I remember watching Markiplier play the original back in the day, so playing the remake was a really weird & wonderful experience. Having Shrek chase me around the swamp with a cursed version of 'Smash Mouth' playing will never not be both hilarious & terrifying.

This game was really well done! It was surprisingly scary & the sound design was pretty impressive too. I'm glad I gave this a go & look forward to playing the sequel at some point soon.

Just watched your video & really enjoyed it. The English subtitles were helpful too so thanks for taking the time to add them ๐Ÿ˜„

A fellow "The Man in the Park" enjoyer here! I just watched your video & I gotta say it was pretty great.

I'd also like to see another entry in this series so we'll have to see what the developer decides to do next.

No problem, happy to be of service ๐Ÿ˜…. I'm looking forward to your future games, keep up the great work ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

I've linked my video below for those who want to check it out. Thank you to the developer for letting me know this was out to play, you did a great job!๐Ÿ˜„

I played the first game on my channel last year & really enjoyed it, so I thought why not play the sequel? I'm very glad I did as I feel the developer has improved quite a bit since their last entry & has expanded on the concept without changing the formula too much. Imo that's what a good sequel should do, so nice work!

Awesome, thanks for letting me know. I'll definitely check it out soon ๐Ÿ˜„

Oh cool, I enjoyed playing the first one on my YT channel back in October 2022. Will definitely be checking out the sequel when it's released.

Keep up the great work my friend!

I had a lot of fun playing this Demo & look forward to seeing further updates as the game progresses. I've linked my video below if anyone wants to check it out, thank you in advance.

To the developer: I've left my thoughts & feelings about the game at the end of the video. Thank you again for reaching out to me & apologies it took me so long to play your game ๐Ÿ˜…

A very fun little gem from a 24 hour game jam, I'd definitely recommend it. I really liked the humour you added to the game as it sets it apart from other indie horror games I've played recently. The game did have a decent atmosphere too despite it being short so good job.

I look forward to playing some of your other games too, especially Choo choo Charles which looks pretty terrifying!

Here is the 2nd part of Broken Through if anyone's interested. Thanks in advance. Be sure to watch the 1st part so you don't get confused.

First off I just wanna say that this is one of, if not the best (& scariest) horror game I've ever played. The graphics/artstyle are unique, the sound design is phenomenal & the pacing is just right to really build an atmosphere of terror. I had a lot of fun being scared by this game & would recommend people to play this game for themselves even if they've watched a playthrough already. It's worth it I promise.

I've split my playthrough into 2 videos cuz the game is surprisingly long, so if people like my reactions etc then the next part will be up in a couple of days.

No problem, it was fun. Also I realised not long after that I missed the 2nd ending so that's my bad.

I liked the game's art style & the atmosphere was pretty creepy.

If I had to critique it, I'd have to say that the game could've been slightly longer & had a better "pay off" scare.

Other than that I really enjoyed the game & look forward to playing more of your games in the future.

I've left a link to my video if anyone wants to take a look. Thanks in advance.

This game was pretty creepy tbh, it had a good atmosphere which it took time to build by utilising the pixelated graphics & creepy npcs. It took me about 30 mins to complete as I fell in the water half way through & had to restart but apart from that I found the game progressed rather well.

The only real critiques I have are that the climax could've been a little scarier especially when you get caught. Also it would've been nice to have a slightly clearer idea as to what Marcus was. Is he a demon, a god, or some kind of Eldrich horror in human form?

I enjoyed this game a lot & look forward to playing more of your games in the future.

I gotta say, this is definitely one of the best indie game demos I've ever played. It does a great job of introducing the key themes, characters, & gameplay mechanics of the game while leaving enough mystery to keep you wanting more.

I genuinely look forward to the full game & would urge people to try this demo for yourself, even if you've already watched a playthrough or two.

The pleasure was all mine ;)

A pretty short but well made horror experience. Beginning with a bright sunny day caught me off guard tbh, but the atmosphere definitely got creepier as I played on. I look forward to playing more of your games in the future, keep it up!

Nice short horror game, great for when you're feeling in the mood for some spooky feels but aren't feeling brave enough to play something longer. Great work, I look forward to playing some of your other games in the future!

This game was pretty fun, it reminds me of indie horror games released in the early 2010s. Props to the developer, I'll be keeping an eye out for your future content.
