coming up on the one year anniversary of release, anything special planed to commemorate it?

The guide for this game implies that if you leave the first dungeon at any point you can never return to it again, is this true or is the guide just wording things strange?

Unlikely, but you could always try running it through Wine or using something like Wineskin to try and get it running on a mac, wineskin is a bit involved however and wine is fairly hit or miss (haven’t gotten it working through wine myself YET but I still try).

From what little we have seen and the description of the wolves (Take THAT info with a grain of salt) I am going to guess the protagonist is more on the squishy side

I think things are more Divine/Demonic in nature here, I got a few theories that might work with this.

First of which is that I think Alune (is that how you spell it?) may have plucked a dead human soul and gave it a body for the younger wolven to have something to rally behind for change, given just how quickly some of the characters like Cora and Tryst grew attached to them. The demon possessing Caelan in this case might be a unwilling to see the culture change ancestor who doesn't want the status quo to change, explaining why it doesn't like the idea of Caelan putting a copy of Vesa's runes on himself

Second theory I have is that Caelan was indeed used as a ends in a blood magic ritual done by the more war happy tribe as a way to call some soul from death to give them secrets of more advanced warfare so they could rule over the other tribes, Alune my have interfered with this and got him sent to ragnok's name tree instead of his intended destination, with the demon being a side effect or something to help his summoners break him and keep him complying.

The later parts of this VN got VERY high stress for me, no spoilers but it REALY dark FAST after chapter 4. Pushing through was worth it but the clifhanger at chapter 7 leaves me with stressful anticipation.

We need some clearer instructions for mac here, I have no idea what the executable for mac looks like, and it is impossible to have a folder named GUI and Gui in the same folder as it will just rename it to add "copy" at the end

(wine is also not working to run the windows version but wine is more of a inconsistent hit or miss so this "might" work for some mac users)
