I paid for the bundle last year, 12 dollars for both games in the bundle but I can't download the 0.3.9 polished version. It asks me to pay an extra ten dollars. When I go to downloads I'm only able to download 0.3.8 . Do I actually need to pay an extra 10 dollars or is this some kind of error?

I bought your 12 dollar bundle about a month ago, but I can't seem to download 0.3.9 cheat version. It's asking me to pay 10 dollars to gain access. Do I need to pay another 10 to get access to the cheat version or is the system in error?
