The Only way this gets back is if someone does a full fan remake of this game from scratch

Yep it is never coming back no matter what dev promised would be awhile but decided to never come back Just like almost every game I played that had been put on Hiatus that is the Trend nowdays that if you are tired of releasing updates do like this dev did say you put it onhold and never return
