thank you! :> I'll play it again over the weekend ^^

that sounds awesome! can't wait :D

About the more choices, I just meant like the chance to find alternative endings. As it is a playable novel, I was hoping to find more 'secrets' or background stories for the characters. Although I understand you have your own way of story telling and it's not applicable to every visual novel.

I'm excited for more dialogues. Sorry I didn't mean like I wanted more lovey-dovey dialogues, I just meant lines where they feel like they know each other very well to the point it's adorable. I like the line at the end where [spoiler] Patty gave him a mouse. I think it would be sweet to see these interactions more often.

I'd like to know how you'll give more background about V and the villain. They're very interesting characters. I think a spin-off starring V would be interesting too.

About the audio credits, I just meant they weren't easily available/visible; I was writing down which music I like among the games I tried for the community voting so I was looking for them. I really like your choice of music. I think the ending song was spot on with the happy ending.

(1 edit)

I wish there are more choices. If memory serves right, I only had 2 "choices". I suppose there'll be more choices in future updates.

Also, I know most long-term couples (6+ mos.) won't be sweet & cheesy all the time because they're past that stage but I wish there are more romantic sequences. It seems like they're talking to each others as if they're friends with the occasional reminder that they're a couple through expositions or by monologue.

Spoiler: the ending was fine, it just feels like "V" (so I won't spoil) is a Deus Ex Machina. Appearing right when the 'villain' won without any build up.

Edit: I forgot to mention that sources for music & sound effects aren't in the credits here on the itch io page

It's simple and fun! Though 5 minutes in, there's not much challenge aside from the red pucks choosing to go aggressive sometimes. I think with how greater the HP you earn over time vs the chance that the red pucks get to hit you, the game can technically go on forever. I like how the reset buttons are the red pucks when you lose (I purposely lost xD I was curious). I just wanna rant that when you reach the top right corner of the screen, it's hard to 'shoot' your puck out because the buttons are blocking the way.

It's the type of game I'll be tired of after 5 minutes of playing... but I will play again and again whenever I'm bored lol. Does that make sense? (ノ´= ⩊ =ˋ )ノ

I really like platform action games but for the life of me I can't play this because my laptop is a potato and the visuals are blurry when I move.

For context, I managed to click my snipping tool and select a portion of the screen manually by mouse after I clicked space. That's how delayed/slow it is for me :'(

I saw the game demo so I know I can run well. Perhaps if this isn't an HTML5, perhaps maybe I my laptop can run it. Maybe it's just Chrome.  Maybe it's also because the enemies look like my kin and I am forbidden by the Mycelial gods to hurt them. /jk

I love the vibe. Wish the fish and bottles are also 3D. There's a couple of bugs where my boat kept falling/flying out of the map when I get too close to the upgrade shop. Could put a reset button to save Carlos and bring him back to Earth lol x)

Also had no idea at first where the buildings are. Might be better if there's a short guide at the start telling the player where to find the recycling center, upgrade shop & fish shop.

I really like the concept :) If doable, might I suggest to add animals around the map? They'll be just decorative. At the start, you see turtles, marine birds, etc. suffering from the pollution. As you progress, you see their quality of life improve. Sorry if I sound too cheeky.

Screenshot: (rip Carlos, stuck in the Underworld)

After beating the entrance enemies, the guards are empty >o< and sometimes after a few fights the game crashes :(

I really like the mechanics, it's simple and refreshing. The music is adorable too <3
