Is this game supposed to save progress, or is the battery in my cartridge just dead?

Nah. I may be a gullible man, even a desperate man hungry for some dream core games. I see now that this already looks sketchy as fuck and I should've known better. But man FUCK YOU!!!!! I ain't having none of that! This scared me shitless. That left me shaking in my little boots. biting my nails while jumping into the arms of my canine. I don't even want to know what possessed to make this. Like seriously, who hurt you. This may have been a memorable experience, but at what cost.
