Beat the game in a little under a day and a half. Wish we could get more content up to a 2.0, but alas it hasn't been updates since the last time I played it over a year ago xD
What does IU4 actually do? Bought 5 levels on IU4 and haven't seen an increase to IP gain. It also didn't lower the threshold for IP points.
Edit: For any future person wondering, it's like a 1% boost per level.
