Anybody is allowed to make unofficial non-profit fan translations of our games.

You can pay work for hire translation teams only so long as you do not make a copyright claim on any of our games you translate and also state publicly that you do not claim creative ownership of the properties. 

Official translations for finished scripts can be a different matter once those exist. 

Try the android build again. Should have fixed the issues.
