In my opinion, there are 2 viable options, either writing it down on a Google doc, or you can shoot at a wall after each round and based on bullets, speed, etc. determine what you have.
I wouldn't know myself, but I can tell you the only good browser game making tool is Scratch, which is very limited in options and only good for beginners.

Hey, I loved the game, was a lot of fun to play, but the one thing missing, in my opinion, is the ability to modify your deck by removing cards, instead of just adding them, like if it increased in cost each time, and you couldn't remove monsters, but so you could remove stupidity, abilities you don't like, etc. Otherwise, a very fun game!
I suck at games that involve anything remotely similar to Super Meat Boy platforming. The game is great, though. Had a blast playing through it! (Once I restarted, of course!)
