Sadly it seems the game is completely broken for me. I'm running off Linux and the game just won't do anything after I select an item of food. The game just tells me to find the other guests and then I can't interact with anything. On top of that if I happen to go into the pool or the shower and return to the dining room, I'm locked in there. Reloading a save makes the character completely unresponsive.
Oddly enough I grabbed the windows version and ran it with Proton and it was doing the exact same thing.
Edit: Good news, it works, it's just super finicky and you have to restart after every ending. No worries though!
